Yea, that escalated quickly.. It was at around 11k until there were 20 minutes left.

Looks like a CRX is probably going to cost me $20k...
I feel your pain, prices for cars I am after like the Lexus SC are rapidly increasing.
This 1992 example with 7k miles just sold for $20k:

That graph looks scary. They are definitely spiking in price. They'll be unaffordable soon... although it feels like a recession is coming and that will definitely drive prices down.

I'm not hoping for a recession, that's for sure... but it might make prices a bit more sane.

Lucky for you CRX prices haven't gone up by much over the years.

Just saw another one for auction.... not an Si though
Currently $8,200.

That CRX is in a sweet spot where it won't sell for crazy now but can potentially in the coming years, especially given its condition. Some minor TLC and going back to OEM wheels should help it pull in some more dough when the time comes. I would buy it.

As I continue to dream...

This one looks very nice and clean!

Not only is it reasonably priced but being a California car goes a long way.
